探讨了汽提工序中,汽提塔温度、塔压差、蒸汽通量、塔底液位和塔板冲洗水等因素对PVC树脂质量的影响,通过调整汽提塔控制参数,使PVC树脂质量逐年提高。
The factors of influencing PVC quality in stripping process are discussed, such as stripping tower temperature, differential pressure in stripping tower, flow rate of steam, liquid level at tower bottom and washing water for tower plates. The quality of PVC is improving year by year by adjusting control parameters of stripping tower.
