摘要
依据JJF 1059《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对火焰原子吸收法测定配制酒中铁含量的结果进行了不确定度来源分析,反映了导致测量结果的不可靠量值,最后合成标准不确定度为2.354%,并计算求得扩展不确定度。
According to JJF1059-1999 "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement",the uncertainty degree of FASS measuration result of iron content compound wine as analysed,which reflects that it leads to the unreliable value of the measurements,and the combined relative uncertainty is 2.354%.Then the uncertainty can be calculated.
