摘要
为加强聊城市气象灾害预报与防御工作,对1961～2010年聊城市8个气象台站实测气象资料进行了分析。明确了影响聊城市的主要气象灾害(洪涝、干旱、大雪、大风、冰雹、冻害等)的特征,提出了气象灾害预警系统建设的基本思路与框架,并介绍了聊城市气象灾害预警系统的主要功能。
In order to strengthen the meteorological disasters prediction and defense in Liaocheng,the meteorological data measured by 8 meteorological stations from 1961 to 2010 were analyzed.The main characteristics of the meteorological disasters such as flood,drought,heavy snow,strong wind,hail and frost were made clear.The basic ideas and frame of the construction of the meteorological disasters warning system were proposed,and the main functions of the meteorological disaster warning system in Liaocheng were described.
