摘要
苯酚、邻苯二酚、间苯二酚和对苯二酚的紫外吸收光谱重叠严重 ,难于对它们进行单个分析。本文采用傅里叶变换处理酚类混合物的吸光度数据 ,滤去较高频率的噪音 ,然后再用偏最小二乘法处理 ,完成了酚类多组分的同时测定 ,并获较好的结果。
The four-component system of phenol, pyrocatechol, resorcinol and hydroquinone has been tested and investigated by spectrophtometry. Serious overlapping of their peaks makes it difficult to determine them individually. In this work, the Fourier transform was combined with partial least squares and applied to process the measured data. A set of synthetic mixtures of these phenols was analysed using the proposed method and satisfied results were obtained.
