摘要
从一株链霉菌11371的发酵液中,提取到四种抗生素,经分离得到主要成份为11371A_1和A_2,次要成份为11371B和C。 本文对11371A_1、A_2、B及C组份,进行了分离及理化性质的研究。根据所测定的紫外、红外吸收光谱,~1H和^(13)C核磁共振谱以及质谱数据,确认11371A_1为四霉素A, 11371A_2为四霉素B,11371B为白诺氏菌素,11371C为茴香霉素。
Four antibiotic 11371 A1, A2, B and C were isolated from the extract of culture broth of Streptomyces 11371. They were separated and obtained as major components 11371 A1 and A2; minor components 11371 B and 11371 C.
According to the physical and chemical properties, UY, IR, ~1H-NMR, ^(13)C-NMR and Mass spectrum, it could be concluded that 1137lA1, 1137lA3, 11371B and 11371C are identical with Tetramycin A, Tetramycin B, Albonursin and Anisomycin respectively.
