摘要
HZSM5 沸石为催化剂,考察了常压、临氢条件下对邻氯甲苯异构化反应选择性的影响因素; 以4甲基喹啉、喹啉、乙二胺为毒物分子探针,探讨了沸石催化剂内、外表面酸中心对邻氯甲苯异构化反应的贡献. 实验结果表明, HZSM5 沸石催化剂对产物分子具有形状选择作用,催化剂的内表面酸中心在反应中起主导作用.
The factors, which affected the performance of the isomerization of ortho chlorotoluene catalyzed by HZSM 5 zeolite under atmospheric pressure and in hydrogen stream, were investigated in this paper. 4 Methylquinoline, quinoline and ethylenediamine were used as poison probe molecules to identify the contri bution of the acid sites located on the external and internal surface of HZSM 5 zeolite. From the results, it has been concluded that the HZSM 5 zeolite has shape selectivity for product molecules in the isomerization of ortho chlorotoluene. The acid sites located on the internal surface of HZSM 5 catalyst dominate the reactivity of the isomerization of ortho chorotoluene and the selectivity for para product.
