摘要
采用计算机辅助二次回归正交设计法系统地研究了 Cr( )与 2 - ( 5-溴 - 2 -吡啶偶氮 ) - 5-二乙氨基酚 ( 5- Br- PADAP)和 DEA三元配合物显色反应的最佳条件 ,干扰离子影响的消除方法 ,建立了测定 Cr( )的新方法。其最大吸收波长为 595nm,ε595=5.7× 1 0 4 ,其检出限为 0~ 2 0 μg/2 5ml,配合物组成比为 1∶ 2∶ 1。将该方法用于测定合成水样 ,结果令人满意。
The optimum conditions of the color reaction of the complex of Cr(Ⅲ) 5 Br PADAP DEA was studied by quadratic regression orthogonal design. The influences of common co existing ions on the determination of chromium and the methods to eliminate the interferences are investigated. The new method is successfully applied to the determination of chromium in water. The maximum absorption of the complex is found at 595nm and molar absorptivity calculated is 5.7×10 4 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~20μg/25ml for Cr(Ⅲ).
