摘要
1例双手十指完全断离的患者,伤后6小时经断指再植术后,十指全部成活。经1年康复治疗双手肌力明显恢复。握力(采用水银柱压力表)双手均为60mmHg,双侧拇、示、中指能捏住并举起重0.25kg的火棒,生活已完全自理。
A case of successful replantation of ten fingers which were completely cut off about 6 hours after an accident was reported. After physical therapy and rehabilitation for one year, the myodynamic of both her hands became 60mmHg. The thumbs, index and middle fingers could hold and lift 0.25kg rod. The patient was able to provide for herself.
