摘要
基于经典的齿轮啮合理论,针对真实齿面啮合分析的特点,在提出了采用参数化Bezier自由型曲线曲面理论及研究并建立了面向几何而又有严格数学支持的数学模型的基础上,进一步提出了一种更加有效、方便实用的真实齿面数学模型。通过应用和算例的计算检验,结果表明所建数学模型的几何关系更加直观、明确,计算稳定、可靠、适应性更强。各项性能指标较Bezier方法更优。
A mathematical model of geometrical oriented with strictly mathematical basis was established using the free form curves and surfaces theory of Bezier. And further, a more effective, convenient and practical model of real tooth surface was developed based on the classical meshing theory of gear and the meshing analysis of real tooth surfaces. The results show that the geometric relationship of the mathematical model is clear and the calculation is stable, reliable and adaptable. All characteristic indexes are better than those from the Bezier method.
