摘要
提出了一种适用于种子包衣机的新型定时式包衣剂定量供给装置。该装置具有不用药勺，种药比调节范围大（２０～１２０），调节方便，包衣剂定量准确等优点。
This paper puts forward a new quantitative feeding device for seed coating. By applying an electronic timer to control feeding time of an adjustable valve, this device can feed seed coating at a fixed amount to keep a constant ratio of weights of seeds and seed coating precisely. The experiments show that the device is convenient to operate and connect with seed coating machine, the ratio of weights of seeds and seed coating can be adjusted widely from 20 to 120. The device is composed of two boxes; the upper box used to keep coating flowing steadily into the lower box. The lower one is divided into two small boxes, the right small box feeds coating into the atomizer and the left feeds coating back into the medicine box. The coating flows from the upper box into the lower box through an adjustable valve in which a turning plate is controlled by the timer to make the coating flow into the two small boxes alternately.
