摘要
目的:探讨皮下修剪法腋臭根治术后出现并发症的预防及处理措施。方法:选取采用皮下修剪法治疗腋臭130例,总结术后出现并发症及其预防及处理措施。结果:130例患者中效果满意101例,血肿12例,皮肤坏死6例,切口愈合不良7例,异味残留4例。结论:皮下修剪法治疗腋臭手术切口小,术中规范操作,术后出现并发症及时处理,可以取得良好临床效果,是目前治疗腋臭较为理想方法。
Objective To investigate the pruning method underarm skin complications after radical resection of the prevention and treatment measures.Methods With subcutaneous treatment of underarm odor trim 130 patients concluded postoperative complications and their prevention and treatment measures.Results 130 patients with satisfactory 101 cases,hematoma in 12 cases,skin necrosis in 6 cases,poor wound healing in 7 cases,residual odor in 4 cases.Conclusion The subcutaneous treatment of underarm odor pruning small incision,intraoperative standard operation,postoperative complications in time,can achieve good clinical results,is the ideal method of treatment of underarm odor.
