摘要
对脊髓探查椎板、椎弓切除的骨缺损植入硅膜片(117例),有助于预防新骨痂对脊髓的压迫,效果好,无毒副反应。本文还介绍了硅膜覆盖方法,并就应用机理、人体生化反应和改进硅膜制备等问题进行了讨论。
117 cases of silicon membrane covering the bony defect after spinal cord surgery for the purpose of prevention of compression of the cord by callus were reported. The result were good and showed no poisoning reaction. The technique of implanting the membrane was introduced. The mechanism, biochemial effects and improvement of silicon quality were discussed.
