摘要
在分析ZIPPY快速成形机运行和测量其制作的工件基础上 ,提出影响LOM型快速成形精度的关键因素是叠层厚度不均匀、热湿变形和前处理误差 ,影响LOM型快速成形效率的关键因素是网格划分方法和网格切割功率的选取。
Affer the workpleces made by LOM ZIPPY system are measured,the key factors affecting the LOM precision are pat forward to be the uneuen sheet thick, hot or wet deformation and pre-processerror,and the key factor affecting the LOM efficiency be also advanced to be the way of drawing gridding and the choice of power cutting the gridding.
