摘要
目的探讨舒适护理应用于手术室护理工作中的效果。方法选取我院2010年1月-2010年6月实施开腹子宫切除术的患者250例，依据护理方式不同分为舒适护理组和常规护理组。结果舒适护理组平均手术时间、术中出血量、开始下床活动时间、住院时间均明显低于常规护理组，舒适护理组术后并发症、舒适度、满意度均明显优于常规护理组，P〈O．05，差异有统计学意义。结论舒适护理调动护患双方的主动性，改善护患关系，提高手术室护理质量，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care is applied in the operating room nursing.Methods 250 cases of the hospital in January 2010 -2010 June, the abdominal hysterectomy patients, divided into the comfort care group and usual care group basis care.The results of the comfort care group, the average operative time,blood loss, began to get out of bed time, hospitalization time were significantly lower than the usual care group, and comfort care postoperative complications,comfort,satisfaction was significantly better than the usual care group.P 〈0.05, the difference was statistically signifieant.Conclnsion comfort care to mobilize both the initiative of nurses and patients to improve the nume-patient relationship, to improve the quality of operating room nursing, and worthy of clinical ap- plication.
