摘要
细胞电泳实验结果表明:小鼠大脑皮层神经细胞表面的负电荷可能主要是由对神经氨酸酶敏感的羧基和对核糖核酸酶敏感的磷酸基团构成。溶液中的钙、镁、锌和镉离子增加到一定浓度时,可使神经细胞的电泳迁移率减慢;这几种二价阳离子在浓度相同时,对神经细胞电泳迁移率的影响并不相同,其顺序为Zn^2>Cd^(2+)>Ca^(2+)>Mg^(2+)。
Using cell electrophoresis, we have studied the effects of Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn1+ and Cd2+ on electrophoretic mobility (EPM) of nerve cells dissociated from the cerebral cortex of mice. Results indicated that the negative charges on cell surface might originate chiefly from phosphate groups sensitive to ribonuclease and carboxyl groups sensitive to neuraminidase on the surface of nerve cells of mice. EPMS of nerve cells were reduced by increasing the extracellular concentr-tions of Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+. Four divalent cations had different effects on EPM of nerve cells at the same concentration. The efficiency in series is Zn2+>Cd2+>Ca2+>Mg2+.
