摘要
分析了原退火炉设计及制造的不足 ,在 4区中部和 5区前端各增设一台均温风扇 ,去掉 6区炉顶的保温层 ,相应改变等温退火工艺。生产实践表明 ,退火质量提高 ,能耗降低。附图 2幅 ,表 4个。
The insufficient aspects in design and manufacture of the origin annealing furnace are analyzed, one fan for uniforming temperature is respectively added at the middle part of 4 region and the front part of 5 region, the heat preservation layer on the furnace top of 6 region is removed and the isothermal annealing technology is improved. The actual production shows that the annealing quality is increased and the energy consumption is decreased.
