摘要
[目的]对桑叶的化学成分进行研究。[方法]利用柱层析对桑叶化学成分进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、光谱数据等,鉴定所得到化合物的结构。[结果]从桑叶中分离得到了6个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇,β-胡萝卜苷,大黄素甲醚,邻苯二甲酸丁二酯,7-羟基香豆素、豆甾醇。[结论]为桑叶的进一步开发和利用提供参考。
[Objective] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of mulberry leaf. [Method] The chemical constituents of mulberry leaf were isolated and purified by column chromatography, and the structures of compounds obtained were identified by the physicochemical properties and spectral analyzing. [Result] Six compounds were isolated from mulberry leaf, and identified as β-sitostero], β- deucosterol, physcion, dibutyt phthalate, 7-hydroxy-coumarin, stigmasterol. ]Conclusion] The research provided reference for further exploitation and utilization of mulberry leaf.
