摘要
介绍了东北电网为面向21世纪而建设的面向对象的、开放式的能量管理系统及其一体化结构的应用软件和系统特点。具有自主版权、世界先进水平的EMS支持平台的开发成功,结束了我国大电网调度自动化系统长期依赖进口的历史。
This paper presents the new features of Energy Management System(EMS) for power system in 21st century. A newly built power control system is also expounded. The new object\|oriented power control system with open architecture can satisfy the requirements of competing with the similar foreign products, and with this new control system the history of import EMS for large scale power system in a long period can be terminated.
