摘要
由美国能源部提出的一种考虑了环境成本等因素后的电站技术筛选模型———TLCC模型。应用该模型软件对某一特定的电站进行技术经济分析 ,可以较全面的考虑到电站成本的各个因素 。
The paper presents a technology-screening model(TLCC),developed by DOE(U.S) for electric power station,in which the environmental costs are concluded.With this model.the technology and feasibility study of a given power station can be performed.The conclusions may differ greatly when external costs are considered,such as those resulting from environmental impact.
