摘要
目的:评价管状胃成形术在食管癌根治手术中的临床效果。方法:选取我院胸外科收治的食管癌患者61例,按采取的手术术式不同分为管状胃组和传统组,管状胃组:31例,传统组:30例。观察2组患者手术后心肺并发症、吻合口狭窄发生率、反流性食管炎发生率等临床指标。结果:2组患者均顺利完成手术,管状胃组的胸胃综合征和反流性食管炎的发生率明显低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在心肺并发症和吻合口狭窄发生率上无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:管状胃成形术能减少食管癌手术后并发症的发生率,改善患者术后生活质量,具有很好地临床应用价值。
61 patients with esophageal carcinoma in were enrolled in our study. Based on the surgical method, they were divided into the gastric tube group and the traditional way group. The gastric tube group had 31 patients;In the traditional way group, there were 30 patients, The rate of lung and heart complications,anastomotic stricture,reflux esophagitis in those two groups were observed. Results: All surgeries in the two groups were successfully performed. There were significant difference at thoracic gastric syndrome and reflux esophagitis(P〈0.05).Conclusions: Gastric tube has a good value in clinical application with fewer complications, which can surely better quality of life of the patients.
