糖代谢紊乱是内分泌系统常见疾病,因某些药品引起糖代谢紊乱的病例近年来屡见报道,应引起临床工作者的高度重视。本文概述了可引起糖代谢紊乱的常见药物的种类(按《新编药物学》第16版分类)、作用机制、临床表现以及防治措施等,以期对临床合理用药、减少药品不良反应有所帮助。
