永磁式摆动电动机定位转矩的有限元计算 被引量:5

CALCULATION OF DETENT TORQUE OF PERMANENT MAGNET OSCILLATION MOTOR BY FINITE ELEMENT METHOD

摘要 本文叙述了应用有限元法计算永磁式摆动电动机静态磁场分布,并应用Maxw ell应力法计算电机的定位转矩。分别计算出不同定子宽窄槽口比时的磁场及其定位转矩,并分析了定子宽窄槽口变化对电机磁定位转矩的影响。 In this paper, we use the finite element method to calculate the static magnetic field of permanent magnet oscillation motor, and apply the method of Maxwell force to calculate detent torque of the motor. We work out the magnetic field and detent torque of stator teeth for different sizes, analyse the effects on detent torque when change the size of stator teeth, and compare the calculation values with the method of magnetic circuit. The results match well with the experiments.
