摘要
根据国际电工委员会(IEC)推荐的闪变仪的测量原理,利用控制系统仿真软件─—MATLAB,建立了IEC闪变仪的模型。仿真结果验证了用灯一眼一脑传递函数形式来逼近视感度系数,能够得到正确的结果。从自检方式仿真可以看出,所建模型工作正常、稳定;当接人电弧炉供电系统测量母线电压波动时,所得结果与电弧炉运行仿真所得结果一致。
The paper realizes IEC recommended flickermeter simulation by MATLAB and verifies the correct ness of the lamp-eye-brain transfer function. The self-test simulation shows that the flickermeter model works normally and stable. When we use the IEC flickermeter to measure voltage fluctuation at the buses of an arc fur nace supplying system, the results are identical with simulation results obtained by arc furnace model simulation. The validity of the proposed flickermeter model and simulation algorithm are demonstrated.
