摘要
以无水乙醇以及无水乙醇和水的混合液作为溶剂,分别配制5mmol/L的十四烷基膦酸溶液,并采用浸泡法在2024铝合金表面制备了十四烷基膦酸自组装膜。根据接触角、动电位扫描、交流阻抗以及腐蚀形貌分析,研究了采用不同溶剂时十四烷基膦酸自组装膜对Harrison溶液中2024铝合金的缓蚀作用,探讨了溶剂中水对膜自组装行为及缓蚀性能的影响机理。
Two kinds of 5 mmol/L 1-tetradecylphosphonic acid(TDPA) solutions were prepared using absolute ethyl alcohol and a mixture of absolute ethyl alcohol and distilled water as the solvent respectively.Then TDPA SAMs(self-assembled monolayers) were formed on 2024 aluminum alloy surface by immersion in these two solutions.The corrosion inhibition performance of TDPA SAMs prepared in different solvent for the 2024 aluminum alloy in the Harrison solutions was investigated by contact angle,potentiodynamic scan,EIS(electrochemical impedance spectrum) and corrosion morphology analysis.And the influence mechanism of water in the solvent on the self-assembly behavior and the corrosion inhibition performance of the inhibitor molecules were discussed also.
