摘要
青少年体育锻炼心理效应的国内外相关研究有许多,但始终还是缺乏一个相应的解释模型来说明究竟哪些效应是更显著的、更能反映出锻炼者的心理效益的,在这样一种情况下要对锻炼所产生的心理效益进行准确的评估是不现实的。在如何建立解释模型的方法上,文章在分析了其他研究方法的基础上提出了运用灰色关联度来构建体育锻炼心理效益的解释模型,为拓展锻炼心理效益评价提供了新的视野。
There are lots of researches on the adolescent students' psychological effects of physical exercise,however,most of them haven't a model to explain which psychological effects are more significant or reflect the benefits better,so it is unrealistic to assess the psychological benefits of physical exercise exactly in this situation.With regard to the approach of how to establish the interpretation model,we decide to use gray relational analysis to establish it after analyzing many other methods.By this approach,it may provide a new view to assess the psychological benefits of physical exercise.
