摘要
分析了目前我国重型装备行业技术创新研发管理体制存在的问题,提出了技术创新体制和机制建设方面的建议,以促进重型装备技术创新长远、稳定的发展。
The issues ot technical innovation research and development management system oi domestic heavy e- quipment industry at present have been analyzed. Suggestions on technical innovation system and mechanism construc- tion have been put forward as well, which could further promote long-term and steady development of Heavy epuipment technical innovation.
