摘要
太重矫正机研究所对现存十一辊板材矫正机进行技术改造的内容包括:提高矫直速度,实现不停产在线调整支承辊和工作辊之间的间隙,压力传感器安装位置和万向接轴的方便拆装等。改造后提高了矫正机的性能,满足用户工艺需求,提高了生产效率和产品质量。
Technical innovation of 11 rolls plate straightener has been conducted by The Straightener Research In- stitute of Taiyuan Heavy Industries, the reconstruction items included acceleration of straightening speed, realization of on line nonstop production clearance adjustment of backup rolls and work roils, improvement of pressure sensor assem- bly position and convenient assembly and disassembly of universal shaft etc. After improvement, properties of the straightener have been increased, which met process demands of the customers, production efficiency and product qual- ity have been improved as well.
