实变型细支气管肺泡癌的CT动态增强 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨实变型细支气管肺泡癌(BAC)的CT动态增强表现,以期提高认识。方法:9例明确诊断的实变型BAC患者纳入研究,采用GE Lightspeed 16层螺旋CT机,以3ml/s速度注射对比剂,完成5min的动态增强扫描,并对病灶实性部分进行时间密度曲线分析。结果:平均达峰时间为80s,其中4例为60s,4例90s,1例120s,时间密度曲线均呈快升缓降型。结论:实变型BAC的CT影像形态学与炎症、结核等相似,但动态增强时间密度曲线与一般肺癌一致,不同于炎症,可资鉴别。 Purpose: To study the features of dynamic CT enhancement of consolidative bronchioloalve- olar carcinoma(BAC) and to improve the understanding of them. Methods:Nine patients with documented consolidative BAC were enrolled in our study. The dynamic scanning was undertaken with a GE Light- speed 16 CT scanner and the contrast media was administration with the rate of 3ml/s. The scanning was completed in 5 minutes. The time - density curves(TDC) of the solid part of the lesions were ana- lyzed. ResuIts: The mean time - to - peak was 80 seconds (60 seconds in 4 patients, 90 seconds in 4 pa- tients, and 120 seconds in one) . The pattern of TDC was rapidly ascending - slowly descending. Con- clusion:The morphology of consolidative BAC was just like that of inflammatory or tuberculosis lesions, but the time - density curve was like that of common lung cancer and was significantly different from that of inflammation, which might be helpful to make differential diagnosis.
