摘要
针对由于设备多样性和驱动程序不同导致的不兼容性,进而难以实现系统无缝集成的问题,探讨了基于OPC的信息系统软件集成。研究了设备、数据库和应用软件间的数据读取机制,现场设备与过程监控系统的互连,异构系统之间基于OPC的数据交换。工程实践表明,基于OPC的信息系统集成在工业自动化制造业中有广泛的应用前景。
Information system is a complex system. Due to the difficulty to realize seamless integration of the system resulted from device diversity and drivers incompatibility, the paper explored the software integration of information system based on OPC. In the paper, it studied data access mechanism among device, database and Internet applications, the interconnection between field device and process monitoring system, and the data exchange among heterogeneous systems based on OPC. The engineering practices show that it owns widely application for system integration based on OPC in man- ufacturing of the industrial automation.
