摘要
阐述了准双曲面齿轮的切齿加工原理,运用该原理绘制了切齿运动坐标图,同时创建了控制切齿加工运动的数学表达公式。基于该原理和公式,具体描述了准双曲面齿轮的仿真加工在UG中的实现过程,通过控制齿坯和刀盘的相对位置和运动,对一对准双曲面齿轮的齿坯进行了仿真切齿,得到了一对齿形良好、齿底无根切的齿轮副,有效地缩短了产品开发周期,提高了准双曲面齿轮的开发效率。
This paper expounded the hypoid gears machining principle. A machining motion coordinates figure was drawn and the mathematical expressions of controlling the machining movement were established by using the principle. The achieving process of hypoid gears machining simulation was described in detail in UG, then a pair of hypoid gears were machined in simulation through adjusting the machine parameters and controlling the motion of cutter and workpiece. As a result, a pair of hypoid gears with good teeth shape and no undercutting have been received. It is very effective to shorten the product development cycle and improve the efficiency of hypoid gears development.
