发动机转矩特性分析及相关图形的修正 被引量:5

摘要 研究了汽油发动机外特性和部分负荷特性下的转矩曲线。对某发动机的试验数据进行整理,利用拟合插值的方法绘制出外特性及部分负荷特性下的转矩曲线,修正了汽车驱动力图、驱动力-行驶阻力平横图、加速度图和爬坡度图。分析了发动机输出与负载转矩特性,提出了转矩特性曲线上最大转矩点左端是非稳定工作区的观点,从而对已有的理论知识进行了补充,对实际驾驶中出现的现象进行了解释。 The external characteristics and part load characteristics of petrol engine are studied in this paper. Take a particular engine test data as an example. Torque curves under external characteristics and part load characteristics are obtained by the use of calculation software. Fitting and interpolation are applied in the process. Related parameters are calculated according to the theory formula, and then the figure of car driving force and acceleration and other relative figures are revised through soft- ware. Especially, the engine output and load torque characteristics are deeply analyzed, and a new viewpoint has been given based on the analysis. In the curve of torque characteristic, the left section of the maximum torque is an unsteady work area. The conclusion replenishes the existing automobile theory and some actual operations are also explained in this paper, which can provide useful reference for the related research.
