发展经济与优化环境的博弈

摘要 随着超细颗粒物PM2．5数据纳入我国城市环境监测的指标范畴，使我们的目光又一次聚焦在了城市环境保护与经济发展这一论题上。在面对经济高速发展与环境状况不断恶化的现实问题时，我们必须要认清现状，加快优化步伐，不能只看重经济增长量，更不能一味等靠发达国家先进环境改善技术的帮助。我们只有最大限度的降低对环境的污染，更积极高效的发展低碳经济，才能摆脱目前高经济增长对高能耗、高污染、高排放的依赖性，使城市经济步入高速良性发展的循环中。
