摘要
近年来,我国经济增长迅速,人们收入得到普遍提高、物质生活极大丰富。与经济发展相对应的自然环境方面,却是全球变暖、气候多变。面板数据模型的参数估计显示,各省份在收入增长能耗系数和气候变化能耗系数上存在明显的差异,收入增长引起的各地区生活能耗的变化明显高于因气候变化引起的能耗变化,说明我国居民人均生活能耗的快速增长大部分源自收入增长后人们改善生活的主观要求。但气候变化对生活能耗的影响日趋显著,城乡居民的采暖节能和降温节能不容忽视。
In recent years, economy is growing rapidly and residential incomes get an universal enhancement. People~ material life become enormous rich. Corresponds with the economic development, natural environment shows global wanning and climate variability. There are long - term balanced relations between residential energy consumption, income growth and climati ta model show that obvious difference is c change by panel data model testing. Parameters estimated by panel da- existed in the coefficient of energy consumption between income growth and climate change. High latitude area and undeveloped regions have high energy consumption per capita and lit- tle impact on energy consumption by income growth and climatic change, and low latitude area and developed re- gions are opposite. The changes in energy consumption caused by income growth are higher than that caused by climatic change, which explained that the rapid growth of energy consumption per capita of residential in china was mostly due to the demands of improving their lives after their revenue has increased. But climatic change has remarkably influenced the residential energy consumption day by day. The residential energy - saving of heating and cooling can not be neglect.
