通过参与冠心病合并高尿酸血症1例的药物治疗和药学监护过程．临床药师对药物治疗方案进行干预，提出合理化用药建议以减少或避免药物不良反应的发生。
By participating in the treatment and pharmaceutical care for a patient of coronary heart disease with hyperuricemia, clinical pharmacist provided some suggestions in terms of drug use rationality to reduce/avoid the adverse drug reaction.
