糖尿病患者颈动脉彩超检测的应用价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者颈动脉彩超检测的应用价值。方法对观察组86例糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并与对照组76例健康人的资料进行比较。结果观察组内膜增厚、软斑、硬斑发生率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);SPV、EDV、RI、PI各值较对照组均有明显变化(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒检测,有助于糖尿病患者早期发现病变,同时可直观反映病变的分期、轻重程度,具有重要的实用价值。
