摘要
目的探讨应用中医中药结合局部注射治疗90例糜烂型扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法将90例糜烂型扁平苔藓的患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照1组30例,对照2组30例。治疗组采用中医中药治疗加上糜烂基底部注射曲安奈德配合中药口腔抗菌液漱口;对照1组采用局部糜烂基底注射和含漱中药口腔消毒液;对照2组采用中医中药治疗和含漱中药口腔消毒液。结果治疗组与对照组疗效差异有统计学意义。结论中医中药结合局部注射治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓有显著的疗效。
【Objective】 To study on the clinical research of Chinese medicine combind with local injection in treatment for erosive oral lichen planus of 90 cases.【Methods】 90 erosive Oral Lichen Planus patients were divided into treatment group（30 cases）、control group 1（30 cases） and control group 2（30 cases）.Chinese medicine combind with in the erosion at the base of local injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide,and oral antimicrobial mouthwash with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment group.In the erosion at the base of local injection and oral antimicrobial mouthwash with traditional Chinese medicine for the control group 1.Chinese medicine combind with oral antimicrobial mouthwash with traditional Chinese medicine for the control group 2.【Results】 An obvious statisticaiiy significant difference between treatment group and control group was observed.【Conclusion】 Chinese medicine combind with local injection is effective for cure oral lichen planus.
