摘要
目的研究复方浙贝颗粒对老年代谢综合征患者血脂、血糖的影响。方法应用复方浙贝颗粒配方治疗临床常规治疗疗效欠佳的53例老年代谢综合征病例,观察治疗前后血脂、血糖等各项指标的变化。结果治疗后血脂、血糖、血压等各项指标明显改善(P<0.01)。结论复方浙贝颗粒配方可有效改善MS组分的血糖、血脂,调节血压,改善肝功,有效且安全。
【Objective】 To study clinical effect of CTFB treatment of MS in the elderly with blood lipid and blood sugar influence.【Methods】 Use CTFB granule on 53 cases of MS in the elderly who had poor clinical effect of general treatment,observe the changes of blood lipid,blood glucose and other indicators before and after treatment.【Results】 Blood lipid,blood glucose,and other indicators improved significantly after treatment（P0.01）.【Conclusion】 CTFB can be compound formula effectively improve the blood sugar,blood lipid components of MS,regulating blood pressure and improve liver result,effective and safe.
