摘要
目的评价将肿胀技术、微创整形技术应用在包皮环切术中的临床效果。方法根据肿胀麻醉和美容整形的原则,将肿胀技术、微创技术融合在一起应用于临床,对传统包皮手术方法进行改进。包括:①术前随机分为两组,改良手术组48人(A组)和传统手术组41人(B组);②A组采用肿胀技术下阴茎高位去表皮包皮环切术;B组采用阴茎根部神经阻滞麻醉,背侧切开包皮环切术;③从术中出血量,术后肿胀时间,并发血肿或瘀血及患者满意度等4个方面进行评价。结果两组在以上4个方面有明显差异,具有显著统计学意义。结论该改良术式术后包皮外观自然,创伤小,恢复快,功能好,是值得推广的一种好方法。
【Objective】 Evaluation of the tumescent technique,minimally invasive surgery techniques used in circumcision technique clinical effect.【Methods】 According to the tumescent anesthesia and cosmetic plastic surgery principle,the tumescent technique,minimally invasive techniques together in clinical application,the traditional circumcision operation method.Includes： ① Before operation were randomly divided into two groups,48 improved operation group（A group） and the traditional operation group 41（B group）;②In A group with tumescent technique of penile high to epidermal circumcision;and group B with the root of the penis nerve block anesthesia,dorsal incision circumcision;③The from the intraoperative blood loss,postoperative swelling time,complicated by hematoma or stasis and patients＇ satisfaction was evaluated in 4 aspects.【Results】 In the above 4 aspects are significantly different,with statistical significance.【Conclusion】 The modified operation after wrapping the appearance of natural,less trauma,quick recovery,good function,is worth promoting a good way.
