摘要
本文介绍一种适用于单片机接口的智能大功率接口芯片，该芯片可满足直流大电流、高电压应用场合的需要，同时该器件又具有完善的自我保护功能，其ＣＭＯＳ输入特性又可直接和单片机接口，文中给出了和单片机接口的具体方案。
In this paper, an intelligent high-power CMOS chip for single-chip interface is introduced. This chip not only is the same with the appliance situation of direct current with great current and high -voltage, but also has the perfect safeguard function for itself, and the CMOS input characteristic make it can be linked up to single-chip directly. A details interface project with single-chip is given in this paper.
