摘要
利用超声波振荡提取芹菜汁液,固相萃取、浓缩、净化目标化合物,对-硝基苯甲酰氯柱前衍生,高效液相色谱法荧光测定雌酮、17β-雌二醇、雌三醇、17α-乙炔基雌二醇、双酚A和4-壬基酚的含量.结果表明:6种雌激素检测的线性范围为6.3~10 000μg/L,相关系数均大于0.999 5,最低检出量为3.7~6.3μg/L,样品加标平均回收率在89.60%~97.13%之间,相对标准偏差均小于2.9%.说明该方法适于芹菜中外源性环境雌激素和内源性雌激素的测定.
Objective juice from celery stem and leaf was extracted by ultrasonic method.The target compounds were concentrated and purified with the solid phase extraction column from the sample juice.The estrogens including estrone,17β-estradiol,estriol,17α-ethinylestradiol,bisphenol A and 4-nonylphenol were detected by the highly performance liquid chromatography after pre-colum fluoresent dirivatization with p-nitrobenzoyl chloride.The results showed that the linear range of determination were from 6.3 μg/L to 104μg/L.The correlation coefficient was higher than 0.999 5.The detection limits were from 3.7 μg/L to 6.3μg/L.The recoveries were from 89.60% to 97.13%.All of the relative standard deviations were under 2.9%.It was suggested that this method is applicable to the determination of trace environmental estrogens in celery.
