摘要
通过构建工业园区土地集约利用程度评价指标体系,利用理想值指标推算法对各指标进行无量纲化处理,通过因素成对比较法确定指标权重,最后采用集约度分值法对甘肃永靖工业园区土地集约利用程度进行评价.评价结果表明:甘肃永靖工业园区土地利用集约度综合分值为76.48%,园区土地集约利用处于中度集约到高效集约利用的过渡期.内部各要素不协调是制约该区土地利用可持续发展的重要因素.
In order to evaluate the land intensive use level of Yongjing industrial park,a evaluation index system of land intensive use level of industrial park was build.In the system the ideal indicators were used to make all indicators dimensionless,and the index weights were determined by factor pairing comparison.Then using score method,the land intensive use level in Yongjing industrial park was evaluated.The evaluation results show that the comprehensive score of intensity use of land in Yongjing industrial park is 76.48%.The intensive use of land in the industrial park is from moderate to high intensive use of intensive transition period,lack of coordination within the various elements is the important factor which restrict sustainable development of land resources.
