摘要
介绍长沙矿冶研究院新型微细粒浮选机的工作原理及特点,并进行工业试验研究。结果表明,同传统机械搅拌浮选机相比,新型微细粒浮选机获得了较好的浮选指标,一次精选可获得84.01 g/t的金精矿,而传统机械搅拌浮选机需三次精选。新型微细粒浮选机具有富集比高、工艺流程相对简单、能够实现节能降耗的特点,是一种应用前景广泛的细粒浮选设备。
The working principle and characteristic of novel CRIMM flotation cell for fine particles are introduced. Industrial Experiment results indicated: in comparison with mechanical flotation cell, better flotation indexes are obtained by using crimm flotation cell. After one-stage cleaning, concentrate grading 84.01g/t gold is obtained, while mechanical flotation cell need three-stage cleaning. CRIMM flotation cell is of the characteristics of higher enrichment ratio, simpler technological process and more energy saving. CRIMM flotation cell will be widely used in fine and ultra-fine particles flotation.
