摘要
教育均衡是社会公平的反映,也是社会现实的需求,但目前我国的教育均衡仍面临巨大的现实挑战,有效开发和利用优质均衡教师流动机制,应该是"盘活"学校领导、教师资源,"激活"学校教师队伍建设机制的机遇。
Educational equilibrium is the reflection of societal equity, and also the requirement of social reality. However, this issue still confronts great challenges in China. To effectively mobilize the resources of school leaders and teachers, and to activate the mechanism of teaching staff construction, fine-quality and balanced teacher mobile system should effectively be developed and employed.
