摘要
对国内外报春花属植物组织培养技术研究进行概述,重点分析了外植体类型、基本培养基、植物生长调节剂、试管苗移栽等方面的进展,并对今后的工作重点进行展望。
Research situation in tissue culture technique of Primula at home and abroad were summarized in this paper. Various factors such as explants types, basic medium, plant growth regulators, transplanting test-tube plantlet were emphatically analyzed, and key emphasis in work in future were also suggested as well.
