摘要
以含笑(Michelia figo)花粉为试材,采用花粉离体培养法,研究GA3对含笑花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明,GA3可以促进含笑花粉提早萌发,20～200 mg/L GA3对含笑花粉萌发和花粉管生长起促进作用,浓度超过200 mg/L花粉萌发和花粉管生长均受到抑制。以GA3200 mg/L的促进作用最好。
Effects of different concentrations of GA3 on the pollen germination and pollen tube growth of Micheliafigo were studied with pollen in vitro culture method. The results showed that the pollen germination and pollen tube growth of Micheliafigo were promoted under 20 ~ 200 mg/L GA3. The pollen of Michelia figo in GA3 treatment germinated earlier than CK. The best treatment for promoting pollen germination was GA3 200 mg/L.
