摘要 针对动力电池组在使用过程中,由于单体电池的性能差异会在充放电过程中不断增大,最终导致电池组性能急剧下降和循环寿命缩短的问题,分析动力电池组均衡充电控制系统的电路模型,研究电池组快速充电的方法,提出一种能够消除单体电池性能差异对动力电池组循环寿命影响的均衡充电控制策略。该控制策略根据电池组中单体电池的不同状态,通过均衡电路微调单体电池的充电电流,从而实现电池组的快速均衡充电。在72V/120AH铅酸蓄电池组上进行对比充电测试,实验结果证明了该控制策略的有效性。 In the use of the power battery,the performance difference of battery cells will increase constantly because of cell voltage unbalance in the charge and discharge processes,which may lead to the decrease of the total storage capacity and battery life cycle.Aiming at the cell voltage unbalance,this paper analyzed the circuit model of battery equalization charge,studied the quick charge control method of the power battery,and proposed an equalization charge control strategy which can increase the battery life cycle.Based on the proposed charge control strategy,experimental system of 72V/120AH laid-acid battery charger is developed.Experimental results show its feasibility and effectiveness.
