摘要
提出了局部变权的公理化定义,研究了与之相应的局部状态变权,得到了两类基本均衡函数.最后,作为原理的应用。
A definition of local variable weight is proposed and local state variable weight, as well as balance functions are discussed. Lastly, an example is given to note the local variable weight principle.
