体外膜肺氧合技术辅助治疗甲型H1N1重症肺炎患者的护理

摘要 体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal memberance oxygenation ECMO)技术可较长时间全部或部分替代心肺功能,缓解机体的缺氧状态,并使心肺得以休息,为争取肺脏病变治愈或功能恢复赢得时间.甲型H1N1流感是由甲型H1N1病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病,具有较强的传染性,主要为呼吸道传播;重者可出现呼吸衰竭、多脏器损伤,甚至导致死亡.
