摘要
组合式测量技术是精密测试技术的研究发展方向之一,激光跟踪仪和柔性关节坐标测量臂都是便携式高精度三维测量系统,通过坐标转换等技术,把这两种仪器组合在一起,可实现对超大尺寸、隐藏点的高精度测量。根据EAST核聚变装置现阶段的实际情况,把这种组合式超大尺寸测量方法应用到EAST的装配定位测量过程中。利用该方法对装置进行初步实验测量,结果表明这种方法可以解决EAST核聚变装置装配过程中的复杂测量问题,能为解决如航天器、舰船、加速器等其它大型装置的精密测量问题提供借鉴。
The technique of combined measurement is one of the research directions in the field of precision testing technology.Laser tracker and articulated flexible coordinate measuring arm are portable,high-precision,three-dimensional measurement system.By coordinate conversion technology,these two instruments together,can achieve large-scale,high-precision measurement of hidden points.According to actual situation of the EAST Fusion device,in present stage,this combined large-scale measurement methods can be applied to the EAST assembly positioning measurement process.Using the methods on the device for initial measurement,results show that such an approach can solve the EAST complex measurement problems in the process of nuclear fusion device Assembly,and can provide a reference for to address the precision measurement problems of other big device such as spacecraft,ships,accelerator,etc.
