烧结金刚石钻头加工工程陶瓷的唇面磨损分析

摘要 对工程陶瓷孔加工过程中烧结金刚石钻头的唇面磨损特征进行深入研究。结果表明,唇面发生磨损变相是必然的。影响钻头正常磨削的磨损异常变相包括严重内喇叭状磨损变相以及底唇拉槽磨损变相两种形式,大多数情况下钻头只是发生较为轻微的内喇叭状磨损。底唇拉槽磨损异常变相的产生同唇面内侧发生微烧现象密不可分。给出了改善唇面磨损异常变相的措施。 The lip face wear characteristics of the sintering diamond bit in drilling engineering ceramics were studied.The results show that the wear converting phases of the lip face during drilling are inevitable.The abnormal wear converting phases,which defeat the proper drilling,include severe inner trumpet shape wear and groove shape wear.Usually,the light inner trumpet shape wear occurs.The groove shape wear is closely influenced by the micro burning phenomenon of the lip face inside.Some measures were proposed to improve the abnormal wear converting phases of the lip face.
